To start off I defined the terms in a way that would relate to the three case studies I chose. Collision: when two or more forms clash with one another with no real order. Collage: when many different forms that seemingly have no relation come together to form one entity. Coincidence: when two or more forms interconnect with each other and coexist by chance.
I then decided to think more about The Spatial City, some key ideas I had were collage, multilayered, and “pieces fit together”. As I kept thinking about this, for some reason I couldn’t stop thinking about Legos? Legos can be different sizes and colors, which related to the spatial city in my mind. I think for my diagram I would want to find a way to relate those two ideas.
