I took what we talked about last class to improve on my drawings of the 21st Century Museum. I updated my isometric drawings using the new method on Rhino, and I also made the collision points more notable by decreasing the line-weights of everything else and hatching the intersections. I also included another drawing which shows the collision locations on the model.

I improved my plan of the Oakland Museum which I had presented last week to make it more accurate. I also included an arctic view of the model because I felt like it provided more context and depth than what I have right now for the isometric drawing. The construction lines show the coincidences throughout the museum. Every space in the building seems to be related to at least one other space, whether they line up with one another exactly or through the center points, they all seem to be related. The repetition and layering of similar shapes in the plan gives a nice collage in plan as does the varying heights seen in the North and South elevations of the building.

I worked on making an accurate model of Grace Farms and ultimately did so by using Background Bitmap to map out the plan. By drawing construction lines through the plan, I found that a lot of the spaces line up with each other, and these construction lines are parallel to one another. Also, at various angles, the layering of the different enclosed spaces and the roof make a beautiful collage.
