For this exercise I worked with the idea of keeping my original floor plan from the tenement housing and adding the idea of concrete blocks that I had in my shotgun to create a more uniform section. The concrete works better with the tenement than the shotgun as the design is more bulky than the shotgun that was mainly built with wood and was a meant to be a lighter construction.
I also added stairs for better understanding of what the outside ‘borders’ were meant to be.
